1. การยอมรับเงื่อนไข
การเข้าเล่นเกมของเราถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขนี้ ถ้าไม่ยอมรับ กรุณาอย่าใช้บริการ
2. บัญชีของคุณ
- รหัสบัญชีคือกุญแจ — ใครถือรหัสก็เข้าตัวละครคุณได้ เก็บให้ดี อย่าให้ใคร รวมถึงคนที่อ้างว่าเป็นทีมงาน (เราไม่เคยขอรหัสของคุณ)
- ทำรหัสบัญชีหายและไม่ได้ตั้งชื่อผู้ใช้/เชื่อม Google ไว้ เราอาจกู้คืนให้ไม่ได้
- ห้ามซื้อขายหรือโอนบัญชีให้ผู้อื่น
3. สิ่งที่ห้ามทำ
- ใช้โปรแกรมช่วยเล่น บอท หรือแก้ไขข้อมูลเกมเพื่อให้ได้เปรียบ
- ใช้ช่องโหว่ของเกมเพื่อปั๊มเงิน ปั๊มไอเทม หรือทำซ้ำสิ่งของ (เจอช่องโหว่แล้วแจ้งเรา เราขอบคุณมาก)
- รบกวน คุกคาม หรือใช้คำหยาบกับผู้เล่นคนอื่นในช่องแชท
- พยายามเจาะระบบ ยิงคำขอถี่ผิดปกติ หรือทำให้เซิร์ฟเวอร์ทำงานไม่ได้
- สวมรอยเป็นทีมงาน หรือหลอกเอารหัสบัญชีของผู้เล่นคนอื่น
ถ้าฝ่าฝืน เราอาจเตือน ระงับ หรือปิดบัญชีถาวร โดยไม่คืนสิ่งที่ซื้อไว้
4. ไอเทมและเงินในเกม
- ทองในเกม เพชร ไอเทม และตัวละคร เป็นสิทธิ์การใช้งานภายในเกม ไม่ใช่ทรัพย์สินหรือหลักทรัพย์ และไม่มีมูลค่าเป็นเงินจริงนอกเกม
- ห้ามซื้อขายไอเทมหรือบัญชีด้วยเงินจริงนอกระบบของเกม ทำแล้วถูกโกงเราช่วยตามคืนให้ไม่ได้
- เราอาจปรับสมดุลค่าพลัง ราคา หรืออัตราต่าง ๆ เพื่อความสนุกโดยรวมของเกม
5. การเติมเงิน
- สิ่งที่ซื้อด้วยเงินจริงจะเข้าบัญชีทันทีหลังชำระเงินสำเร็จ
- เนื่องจากเป็นสินค้าดิจิทัลที่ส่งมอบทันที โดยทั่วไปจึงไม่มีการคืนเงิน เว้นแต่ระบบผิดพลาดจนคุณไม่ได้รับของ — กรณีนั้นติดต่อเรา เราแก้ให้

ชื่อเกม โลโก้ ภาพ เสียง และโค้ดทั้งหมดเป็นของ MYTHAVON คุณถ่ายคลิป สตรีม หรือทำคอนเทนต์จากเกมของเราได้ตามสบาย (เรายินดีมาก) แต่ห้ามนำทรัพย์สินเหล่านี้ไปใช้ทำเกมหรือสินค้าของตัวเอง
8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข
เราอาจปรับเงื่อนไขนี้ และจะเปลี่ยนวันที่ด้านบนทุกครั้งที่แก้

1. Accepting these terms
By playing our games you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
- Your account code is the key — anyone who holds it can enter your characters. Keep it safe and never give it to anyone, including people who claim to be staff (we never ask for your code).
- If you lose your account code and have not set a username or linked Google, we may not be able to recover it.
- Accounts may not be sold or transferred to someone else.
3. What is not allowed
- Using play-assist programs, bots or edited game data to get an advantage.
- Exploiting bugs to farm currency, farm items or duplicate things (if you find one, please tell us — we are grateful).
- Harassing, threatening or swearing at other players in chat.
- Trying to break into our systems, flooding requests or making the server stop working.
- Pretending to be staff, or tricking other players out of their account codes.
If you break these rules we may warn you, suspend you or close your account permanently, without refunding purchases.
4. Items and in-game currency
- In-game gold, gems, items and characters are a licence to use inside the game — not property or securities, and they have no real-money value outside the game.
- Do not buy or sell items or accounts for real money outside the game's own systems. If you are scammed doing so, we cannot recover anything for you.
- We may rebalance stats, prices or rates for the overall fun of the game.
5. Purchases
- Things bought with real money arrive in your account right after the payment succeeds.
- Because they are digital goods delivered instantly, purchases are generally not refundable — unless a system error kept you from receiving them; in that case contact us and we will fix it.
- Players under 18 need a parent's or guardian's permission before making a purchase.
6. The service may be interrupted
We are a small independent studio. Servers may go down for maintenance, crash or have bugs. We provide the service "as is" and always try to fix problems as quickly as possible. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by a game being temporarily unavailable.
7. Intellectual property
All game names, logos, images, sounds and code belong to MYTHAVON. You are very welcome to record, stream or make content from our games, but you may not use these assets to make your own games or products.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top every time we do.
